It takes more than a minute to "make" a Big Mac. Wheat must be grown, cattl6raised, slaughtered, butchered, meat ground, turned into patties, shipped, cooked, tomatoes raised and converted to ketchup, trees gron and converted to paper to wrap, ETC.
But if you are going to count the ingredients, than the time and cost of my education and years of travelling the globe would have to be included in the time and costs of writing the book!
